Job Description:

We are partnering with a highly respected organization to find an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer. This role offers a chance to contribute to impactful projects, working on extending the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Job Responsibility:

configure and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to align with client goals
integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other protocols
monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior developers
maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhere to development standards

Requirements:

5+ years of ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules
experience with additional modules like GRC, HRSD, or AP is a plus
strong scripting knowledge and proficiency with tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub
deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL/ITSM principles
expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems
certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
ability to excel in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:
