We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented, and innovative individual with Signal Integrity expertise to join our high-speed digital circuit design team in developing state-of-the-art networking products. Join our high-speed digital circuit design team in developing state-of-the-art networking products

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Minimum of three years of professional experience in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI)
Proven experience in product system board design, Signal Integrity and Power Integrity analysis, development of SI simulation methodologies, and conducting lab validation and correlation with simulation results
Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and signal integrity fundamentals
Strong knowledge and technical expertise in both digital and analog circuit design
Expertise in signal and power integrity for various high-speed interconnects
Demonstrated expertise in PCB stack-up design
Proficient in using Signal Integrity Simulation tools
Well-versed in various Signal Integrity measurement methodologies
Familiarity with the PAM4 signaling scheme is considered an advantage
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build relationships across various functions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
