Job Description:

Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner role focusing on fostering, providing services for children with disabilities, managing caseloads, advocating for children, and ensuring safeguarding measures.

Job Responsibility:

Understand the needs, risks, and strengths of children with disabilities
Collaborate with families, health professionals, and education providers to gather holistic information
Manage a caseload of children with a range of disabilities, ensuring regular review and adjustment of care plans
Identify and respond to any safeguarding concerns, ensuring that children are protected from harm, abuse, or neglect
Advocate on behalf of children and young people to ensure they have a voice in decisions about their care and support

Requirements:

Experience with children services
Qualifications including university education
BA in social work
