We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join a dedicated Children and Families Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of social workers and social work assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families in need. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned social work professional with leadership experience who is passionate about supporting and developing teams to make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

Job Responsibility:

Supervision of social workers and social work assistants
holding a very small number of challenging higher level cases
child protection

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker
SSSC registered as a Social Worker
car driver
