Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in .NET C# development and bring new technologies and tools to our team. You will work in an agile environment, developing and implementing innovative software solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Implementing innovative software solutions using .NET C#
Introducing new technologies and tools to the team
Collaborating in an agile environment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Developing and maintaining RESTful API web services
Ensuring the codebase is efficient, reusable, and reliable
Working closely with other team members to meet the objectives and goals
Adapting to new software and technologies quickly and effectively
Participating in all phases of the software development cycle
Continuously improving software engineering practices within the team
Maintaining a high standard of work quality and encouraging others to do the same

Requirements:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of two years of detail-oriented experience as a Software Engineer
Proficiency in programming with C# - Sharp
Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends
Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies is a plus
