Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, independent law firm known for its empowering and supportive culture. The firm values independent thinking and encourages its people to take ownership of their work while providing the support needed to succeed. In this role, you’ll support the Banking & Finance team, advising clients on real estate finance and banking transactions.

Job Responsibility:

preparing and reviewing real estate finance documents
examining titles
drafting security documents
managing post-settlement administration
assisting partners and other fee earners in delivering a client-focused service

Requirements:

Scottish legal qualification with 3–5 years of PQE in real estate or real estate finance
experience handling real estate finance transactions, including title examination, due diligence, and associated legal matters
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to work independently and as part of a team
confidence and professionalism

Nice to have:

experience with the broader aspects of real estate finance transactions
