Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
Manage banking relationships, oversee fund transfers, and handle intercompany settlements
Analyze financial risks related to foreign exchange (FX) and market fluctuations
Support hedging strategies and debt management
Improve treasury systems and automate reporting processes
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports
Provide insights into financial performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency
Assist with tax filings and tax computations as needed
Support asset creation, depreciation calculations, and asset reporting when required
Assist with compliance and regulatory matters with government bodies (e.g., FMM, MITI, MIDA, Customs)
Support audit processes by addressing queries related to treasury and financial operations
Provide support to vendors and stakeholders as needed
Participate in team meetings and company activities (e.g., stock counts, physical asset verification)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Around 4 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking
Strong understanding of treasury functions and GL accounting principles
Experience with Oracle or SAP is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
