Job Description:

Join a well-established, respected law firm specializing in plaintiff representation in mass torts, personal injury, and premises liability cases on behalf of unions and individuals. The firm has a strong track record of success in advocating for clients in complex litigation matters in the Greater Philadelphia region, in Center City and South Jersey, and throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and even New York.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters, including mass torts and premises liability cases
Conduct all phases of litigation, from case investigation and discovery to trial and appeal
Provide strategic counsel and representation to union clients in personal injury disputes
Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to achieve successful case outcomes
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
New Jersey license is a plus
7+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation, with a focus on mass torts and premises liability
Proven track record of successful trial experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment

New Jersey license
