Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Product & Engineering team in a contract-to-hire role. This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in full lifecycle UI/UX product design and offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Own the full lifecycle of the UX design process, including research, personas, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and testing
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Design visual elements for web applications, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and stakeholders
Develop and maintain a design component library to ensure consistency across platforms
Evaluate and enhance the usability of existing products while implementing UX for new features
Apply competitive research and industry trends to guide product development
Lead and drive user-centric design standards across teams.

Requirements:

Experience working independently or in small teams to drive design initiatives
Strong focus on user-first design to optimize product adoption and engagement
Proficiency in usability principles, human factors, and B2B enterprise application design
Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce technical documentation and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Nice to have:

Experience utilizing the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework
Proven success in solving complex usability challenges and increasing product adoption
Experience designing B2C websites and mobile applications.
