Senior UX Designer

• lead the end-to-end design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs
• split time across early-stage product development and new UX initiatives (50/50), seamlessly blending strategy and execution
• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders, to align UX priorities with business objectives
• apply user-centered design principles to map workflows and design intuitive interfaces for enterprise-grade, B2B software
• break down complex problems into actionable design solutions, enabling users to efficiently navigate multi-layered systems
• conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis) to identify pain points and uncover actionable insights
• present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, advocating for the user when trade-offs arise
• lead UX workshops and brainstorming sessions to ensure all team members bring value to the product vision
• collaboratively contribute to and maintain a unified design system
• stay informed about industry trends in UX design, tools, and methodologies in enterprise and B2B contexts.

• 5+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in B2B or enterprise-grade software design
• strong portfolio showcasing expertise in delivering intuitive solutions for complex, multi-layered user workflows within enterprise software
• proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to transform user pain points into streamlined, effective design solutions
• experience working on early-stage product development, from discovery to launch
• exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
• a deep understanding of UX best practices, design methodologies, and human-centered design principles
• the ability to balance competing priorities across design strategy and execution
• familiarity with Agile workflows
• the ability to collaborate with developers in fast-paced environments
