Job Description:

The SVP, Regulatory Regulatory Reporting (C14) role is a senior level position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will support the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies (local regulators, U.S. Federal Reserve, OCC, etc.) based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory and local regulatory reporting rules and instructions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Review & Challenge of the Transaction Testing exceptions
Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports
Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports
Manage process improvement efforts
Support regulatory inquiries and examinations
Partner with senior stakeholders across the firm
Partner with Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control’s structure

Requirements:

10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting
In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports
Exposure to Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting and stress testing frameworks like CCAR
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Strategic mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks
Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
CPA or MBA preferred
