Job Description:

The Company: Our client is a rapidly growing construction company based in North Strathfield that specialise in restorations after catastrophic events. Due to unprecedented growth and recent events, our client is looking for two people to join their bookings team on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent. The Role: As the Bookings Coordinator, you will join an energetic and close-knit team. You will report to the Manager who is known within the team for their approachable and supportive management style.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting customers over the phone with enquiries
Schedule technicians with bookings
Updating customer records in the database
Providing a high level of customer service
General administration as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Claims, Call Centre or similar
Confident and empathetic nature
Strong written and verbal communication skills
