Job Description:

The role involves managing service delivery performance, project teams, ERP system implementations, and ensuring high standards in operational excellence while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Manage service delivery effort of the ERP consultancy and technical deliveries
Maintain high-performance services to clients and implement enhancements on system functionality wherever necessary
Be responsible for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Participate in users’ requirements and develop functional specifications based on client business processes
Manage a few Project Managers who oversee their own Project Teams and deliverables
Inspire collaborative, productive and sustainable fair rewards for high achievers and other project team members
Maintain a culture of operational excellence in team members and develop team skills and experience
Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
Manage project managers, functional consultants, and technical team during all phases of the project implementation, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
Monitor the progress of projects and report progress to the HOD, including any changes made to plans and production.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in any ERP systems implementation, enhancement and/or support project either L2/L3 is an added advantage but not compulsory
Core Service Delivery Manager role is added advantage but not compulsory, a strong Project Manager without Service Delivery Manager role yet will be considered
ERP Project Manager who was an ERP consultant, doing functional configuration / technical programming is added advantage but not compulsory
Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is added advantage but not compulsory
Exposure in either one of these software development languages and frameworks: Java, Angular JS, Spring Boot is added advantage but not compulsory
Exposure implementing any cloud ERP systems is an added advantage but not compulsory.

Nice to have:

Exposure in either Java, Angular JS, Spring Boot
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Exposure implementing any cloud ERP systems
ERP consultancy experience
