Job Description:

The company specializes in cost-effective digitalization overhauls for SMEs within various industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, FMCG, Retail, and Financial sectors. You will serve as a Service Delivery Manager, oversee multiple Project Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure timely delivery of ERP system implementations while maintaining high-performance services.

Job Responsibility:

Manage service delivery effort of ERP consultancy and technical deliveries
Maintain high-performance services to client and implement enhancements on system functionality
Responsible for service delivery performance and meeting customer expectations
Participate in users’ requirements and create functional specifications
Manage Project Managers overseeing their own teams and deliverables
Inspire collaboration and sustainable rewards for project team members
Maintain operational excellence in teams and develop skills
Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders
Oversee all phases of project implementation and ensure timely delivery
Monitor project progress and report to HOD, including any plans or changes

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in any ERP systems implementation, enhancement and/or support project
Service Delivery Manager role is an advantage but not compulsory
Project Manager experience with ERP consultant background in functional configuration or technical programming is an advantage but not compulsory
Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is an advantage but not compulsory
Exposure to software development languages and frameworks such as Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot is an advantage but not compulsory
Exposure to implementing cloud ERP systems is an advantage but not compulsory

Nice to have:

Service Delivery Manager role

Project Management Professional certification
knowledge of Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot
experience with cloud ERP systems
