Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with all levels of the organization, including technology vendors, consultants, and end user departments, to facilitate a culture of collaboration. You will also guide the planning, development, and execution of various technical projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Must have strong knowledge of the IS/IT principles.

Job Responsibility:

Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster a collaborative project environment
Engage with technology vendors and consultants to facilitate collaboration
Develop and implement detailed technical project scopes, establishing clear objectives, deliverables, and timeframes
Escalate issues to management as needed, ensuring clear communication and resolution
Maintain comprehensive technical project documentation
Push continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT projects
Ensure that operational activities align with overall business strategy and technology initiatives

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in an IT project lead role
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Proficiency in Project Life Cycle Management
Basic Network Troubleshooting skills
Experience with business systems
Change Management experience
Ability to lead technology initiatives
Experience with technology integrations
