Job Description:

As an APS6 Service Designer, you will provide technical, professional, and operational support while addressing complex issues.

Job Responsibility:

Researching and identifying insights contributing to Agency understanding of information
Co-creating and documenting current state service through design and research, to identify current participant and staff experience and business processes
Co-creating and co-facilitating process design improvements
Advocating for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders through work processes
Co-facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future service processes, channel and experiences
Applying in-depth knowledge of the role and functions of the agency and the related impacts across work areas

Requirements:

Australian Citizen ONLY
Ability to obtain Baseline clearance
Experience in working in multi-disciplinary agile teams across varied skillsets on large projects
Experience in service design including developing service design artefacts
Communication, synthesis and creative skills to solve complex problems
Capacity to drive Human Centred Design-led thinking
Qualitative and quantitative research capability
Ability to assess change impacts to customers and/or stakeholders
