Job Responsibility:

Manage CMDB health
Review the existing configuration: attributes, flow, CIs, Groups, Teams, etc
Prepare the CMDB to be able to implement effectively ITSM in ServiceNow
Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects
Propose automation whenever possible
Manage Technical documentation
Coordinate upgrades and changes to ServiceNow instance
Manage permissions and accesses (roles, users and groups)
Maintain instance performance by regular checkups
Troubleshoot day-to-day operations and system issues
Deploy update sets from non-prod environments
Set-up automatic notifications and alerts
Set-up and schedule reports
Develop and manage standard load template to import data
Provide process training to business owners

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience of minimum 5 years on a similar role
Proven experience with ServiceNow (configuration, administration, development, management and deployment)
Strong knowledge on CMDB modules - CMDB configuration, administration and usage
Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and workflows
Experience with Javascript, HTML, XML and Web services REST, API, SOAP
Knowledge in Infrastructure and ITOM
ServiceNow CSA Certification and ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Good level of English
