Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related
Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects
Familiarity with industry-specific applications of ServiceNow (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management)
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM)
Experience with ServiceNow development, including customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications
Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
Experience with other scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools
Proficiency in working with ServiceNow data, including data import, export, and manipulation
Experience with ServiceNow data schema, tables, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions
Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions
Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions
Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation
Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Fluent in English
