Job Description:

The ServiceNow UX Architect will research, design, develop, configure, and maintain business applications and information systems solutions on the ServiceNow platform. They will focus on User Experience design, collaborating with teams to improve interface usability. Knowledge in web development technologies and ITIL/ITSM areas is advantageous.

Job Responsibility:

Creating User Experience on the ServiceNow platform
researching, analyzing, and understanding user needs and preferences
designing intuitive/interactive interfaces
collaborating with product owners, module leads, and developers to improve the user experience at both agent and end-user levels.

Requirements:

Typically a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience
experience in designing custom portals and building intuitive User experiences
experience with UX Design on ServiceNow Portal and UI Builder framework
good understanding of web development technology like HTML/CSS and Angular JS
experience with Employee Center and Legacy/Custom Service Portals, Native UI Development Experience
hands-on experience with pages, widgets, themes and the UI Builder framework
experience with Configuring Agent Workspaces, Setting up and configuring Virtual Agent, and Teams/Office365 Integration
experience in development on the ServiceNow platform or willingness to learn
good experience (6+ years) with UI technologies like CSS/HTML (and frameworks like Bootstrap) and Angular JS.

Nice to have:

Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM areas and Helpdesk systems
experience with Configuring Agent Workspaces
Setting up and configuring Virtual Agent
Teams/Office365 Integration.
