Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a Shift / Front of House/Event Staff to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. As part of our team, your primary role will involve delivering high-quality customer service, assisting with event registration, and efficiently managing data entry tasks. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering top-tier customer service through answering inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries
Facilitating event registration and working at our resource centers to sign up attendees for future workshops
Ensuring the smooth operation of events by helping attendees find their seating sections
Accurately handling data entry tasks and maintaining up-to-date customer records
Assisting with the Will Call process and ticket taking responsibilities

Requirements:

Entry level position, no prior experience required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle data entry tasks
Familiarity with registration processes
Proficient in answering inquiries from customers or clients
Willingness to work on various shifts
Experience in event staffing or front of house roles is a plus but not mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shift
