Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee is an entry-level role designed to prepare employees for supervisory positions, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, assisting customers, promoting customer service culture, handling complaints, and learning operational skills. The position includes training on management, customer loyalty, and store performance.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
