Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position preparing employees for higher-level supervisory roles like Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include basic management skills training and learning aspects of building customer loyalty, store operations, and CVS/pharmacy culture.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
effectively communicate both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle customer relations issues according to company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work flexible schedules including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
High School diploma or equivalent
