Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role prepares employees for a supervisory role by performing directed work, completing basic operations and management skills training, and learning about CVS culture. Upon completion, trainees may be promoted to Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor roles to drive store execution, build consumer loyalty, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed
