Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include learning key operations, building customer loyalty, and managing crew activities. Successful completion of training may lead to promotion to supervisory roles.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and crews
supervise store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities
effectively communicate with management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
greet, offer help, and thank customers
handle customer relations issues in line with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime.
