Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role preparing employees for higher-level supervisory roles. Responsibilities include management duties, customer service, and training in operations and business aspects of CVS/pharmacy culture. The position supports store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
