Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee for a higher-level supervisory role. The position involves completing basic operations and management skills training, learning about customer loyalty and CVS culture, and being eligible for promotion upon completion of the training program. Essential functions include supervising store crews, assisting customers, and handling related issues.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills and computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
