Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level role designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, customer service, and learning key aspects of the business, focusing on building customer loyalty and ensuring smooth store operations.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
