Job Description:

As a Site Engineer, you will be playing a crucial role in leading and driving engineering projects, streamlining processes with cross-functional teams, and maintaining the highest standards of cabling installations.

Job Responsibility:

Take on the responsibility of managing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all tasks meet the set timelines and quality standards
Work closely with different teams such as cabling technicians, GIS specialists, and CAD designers to enhance productivity
Supervise all cabling installations and maintenance work to ensure that they align with the best practices and project specifications in the industry
Utilize tools like Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to create, update, and maintain accurate project documentation
Identify any operational challenges proactively and implement solutions to improve performance
Provide guidance and mentorship to entry level team members, creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cabling, with a focus on Low Voltage and Copper Cabling
Experience in Project Management, preferably within Construction Projects
Familiarity with Electrical Design principles and applications
Ability to manage Vendor Relationships effectively
Knowledge of Telecom industry standards and practices
Proficient in CAD Software for design and planning purposes
Experience with ESRI ArcMap or similar GIS software
Comfortable working in the field as part of an Internet Service Provider team
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues promptly
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
