Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all aspects of the multi-level building project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and time lines
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders
Manage project documentation and reporting
Ensure high quality control standards are adhered to

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on multi-level building projects
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and processes
Excellent project management, organisational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field
A strong commitment to safety and quality
