Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all aspects of the multi-level building project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and time lines
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure high quality control standards are adhered to

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on multi-level building projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and processes
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
  • Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality
