Job Description:

The Site Manager Service Operations Offshore Wind is responsible for leading operations, improving service KPIs, managing teams and risks, ensuring compliance, and engaging directly with customers. Passion for renewable energy and leadership are key criteria.

Job Responsibility:

Overall operational responsibility for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) on site and daily service operations
Provide visible, strong and active EHS leadership within the Site and Project
Ensure the issuance of EHS standards, regulations and procedures
Line manager for up to 15 technicians and leading daily operations with up to 80 people
Ensure compliance with Safety, Schedule, Cost and Quality targets
Active management of Risks and Opportunities of the site, including countermeasures
Represent SGRE and the Service project as the first counterpart on Site towards the customer
Leadership of the site team consisting of Planners, Technicians and Stock Keepers
Contribute to improve Service KPIs and reporting.

Requirements:

Experience with coordinating and/or managing service operations (corrective and preventive maintenance), preferably for offshore wind turbines
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ownership of Environment, Quality, Safety related and Operational topics
Knowledge about health and safety legislation
In possession of driving license B
IT, communication, presentation, organization, and awareness of company procedures
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and a good knowledge of Office 365 & other Microsoft applications
Fluent in English, preferably also fluent in Dutch.

Preferably fluent in Dutch.
