Job Description:

Randstad are working with a very dear and longstanding client of ours who are looking to secure the services of a qualified Site Manager, working on various sites doing Civils and Groundworks. The contract longevity is expected to be a 6 - 12 month contract term. Right candidate must be open to travel, sites are based in Doncaster, Stockport and Liverpool.

Job Responsibility:

Looking after the teams on a construction site
Liasing with the clients
Monitoring costs and budget
Ordering materials for the project
Manage site dimensional control to provide contractors with the resources needed for proper work setup
Produce and review construction methods statements to ensure efficient and safe project execution
Foster a safe and productive work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

SMSTS ticket Essential
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent desirable
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the Water Industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proactive and solutions-oriented project management approach
