Job Responsibility:

Guarantee overall site performance
Maintain team well-being and safety
Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans to optimize workflows
Increase productivity and maintain high service standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure satisfaction of the customer through effective communication
Consistently striving for operational excellence

Requirements:

University studies in a relevant field (administration, management, human resources)
Several years of management experience
Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain
Leadership and communication skills
Analytical skills
Many years of warehouse experience
Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work
