Job Description:

I am currently working with a very well established family run developer, who are looking for a Site Manager to join their team. They work on high end houses and are wanting a Site Manager to join them to run their new project in Petersfield, the scheme is valued at £3.5M. As the Site Manager you will be reporting directly into the visiting Contracts Manager and directly liaising with the client.

Job Responsibility:

Reporting directly into the visiting Contracts Manager
Directly liaising with the client
Managing site team

Requirements:

CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
High end housing experience
