Job Description:
Join Our Client's Team as a Site Manager: Drive Excellence in Inventory Management! Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer satisfaction and efficient inventory management? We’re looking for a dynamic Site Manager to spearhead our client’s onsite storeroom operations and lead their crib personnel.
Job Responsibility:
  • Provide analysis and reports using various information systems to monitor and measure the effectiveness of inventory activities
  • identify and implement cost reductions, service improvements, and productivity improvements in the functional area of inventory management
  • lead business process improvement activities and support daily activities of the storeroom
  • review and analyze inventory levels continuously
  • establish and modify operational methods and procedures for inventory management, cycle counting, and physical inventories
  • maintain documentation to support compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency of storeroom activities
  • maintain effective business relationships with customers
  • develop an understanding of company’s evolving service needs
  • ensure satisfaction
  • ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods using established inventory control procedures
  • ensure storeroom operation follows specified guidelines
  • select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation
  • provide guidance to subordinates within company policies
  • anticipate, communicate, and resolve internal and external issues affecting inventory optimization
  • act as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
  • achieve good customer service while following guidelines
  • work on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation of various factors.
Requirements:
  • Proven management experience and a collaborative mindset
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • a knack for streamlining processes and driving efficiency
  • high computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
