Job Description:

Permanent site manager required in Liverpool for a project in the city centre. The role involves managing the construction of a block of 115 new build apartments with a strong pipeline of work over the next few years.

Job Responsibility:

Managing assistant site managers, coordinating trades and materials
Reporting to the project manager
Controlling quality of works, from sub contractors
Site inductions & Toolbox talks
Working at a fast pace against a programme
Monitoring Health and safety, and ensuring a high level of health and safety is maintained on site

Requirements:

Experience in managing the full life cycle of building projects valued of at least £15 million
Previously worked on a high rise new-build residential or commercial projects
Keen eye for detail
Provide quick and effective solutions
Good communicator
CSCS, SMSTS, First aid + a trade background
