Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Site Manager to manager leading maintenance contractor based in West Sussex. Looking for someone who has a strong track record of delivering Planned/ Net Zero schemes on time and within budget. Strong Health and Safety knowledge, able to assist in programmes of work and manage operational delivery. Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports, assist with design solutions and ensure smooth processing of invoices to avoid delays. Develop relations with clients and stakeholders and provide effective management of engineers and subcontractors with health, safety and compliance in mind.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver Planned/ Net Zero schemes on time and within budget
Assist in programmes of work and manage operational delivery
Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports
Assist with design solutions
Ensure smooth processing of invoices to avoid delays
Develop relations with clients and stakeholders
Provide effective management of engineers and subcontractors with health, safety and compliance in mind

Requirements:

Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within Retrofit works
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
CSCS Managers card
Knowledge of Temporary Works Procedures
Knowledge of IT Applications ranging from Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Power Project
A HSE recognised First Aid at work qualification
