Job Responsibility:

Think through hard problems in a consultancy environment and drive solutions to reality
Work in a dynamic & collaborative environment to build DevOps centered solutions using the latest technologies and tools
Provide support for solutions & tools deployed for customers
Acknowledge and quickly respond to customer emails/requests for assistance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
7+ years’ of demonstrated experience working in software development teams
Good understanding of ITSM & ITIL processes
Expertise in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Zammad, OTRS, BMC Remedy or equivalent
Strong Knowledge in installation & administration of Chef Software stack
Proficient in Ruby/Python/Go Programming, Bash & Powershell scripting
Expertise in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana platforms
Good knowledge of building dashboards & reporting using Kibana & Grafana
Good knowledge of build & release strategies using CI/CD Pipelines
Excellent knowledge of Git workflows & code versioning
Good understanding of REST APIs & building integrations using programmable interfaces
