Job Description:

This is a full-time role responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare's model of care with its Social Club service across Redcliffe, Carindale and Burpengary. Hammond Care’s Social clubs provide a social environment where older people can take a break from their home environment, connect with their community and spend a day socialising while being supported by our talented team.

Job Responsibility:

Leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff
Delivering HammondCare's model of care with its Social Club service across Redcliffe, Carindale and Burpengary

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Aged Care or other relevant qualification
Experience in Community Aged Care Management
Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve with limited supervision
Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and ability to prioritise in a busy work environment
Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance
Strong conflict resolution skills
Experience managing a team of skilled professionals
A current driver’s licence and safe driving record
Willingness to travel between HammondCare’s sites and services
Strong administrative and computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience
