Job Description:

We have an exciting permanent social work opportunity with a local authority in North Yorkshire. It's a very exciting time to join the local authority as they continue to lead the way and invest in the transformation of children services through their 'Believe in Families' programme. They're looking for passionate and motivated individuals to help them achieve their ambition and in return are offering a fantastic benefits package to Social Workers interested in positions within their Pathways Team.

Job Responsibility:

Support the local authorities Cared for and Care Experienced Young People as they move towards independence
Work with the children and young people on their pathway plan that looks at their health, education, employment, training and relationships

Requirements:

BSc in Social Work or equivalent
Social Work England registration
At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
