Job Description:

Exciting permanent social work opportunity in North Yorkshire as part of the Safeguarding & Planning Teams, focused on transforming children services through the 'Believe in Families' programme.

Job Responsibility:

Work with families within Children in Need and Child Protection
Work collaboratively with families to support them to make changes to ensure that their children are safe and their needs are met
Court Work
Support children who become cared for by the local authority who have a looked after care plan

Requirements:

BSc in Social Work or equivalent
Social Work England registration
At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
