Job Description:

Permanent position within the Children in Our Care team in North Yorkshire, focused on providing high-quality support and care to children and young people. The role includes relationship building, collaboration, maintaining accurate records, and participating in reflective practices for development.

Job Responsibility:

Build and maintain relationships with children and young people to support their emotional, physical, and developmental needs
collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes
maintain clear, accurate records and meet statutory duties
participate in reflective practice sessions and use supervision for skill development
commit to innovation, reflective learning, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Registered with Social Work England
experience working with children in care or a similar field
commitment to providing the highest quality care and support to children and families
ability to manage caseloads effectively
excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
