Job Description:

Join our Children & Families Team as a dedicated Social Worker, providing high-quality social work services, conducting care plans, working collaboratively with professionals, and ensuring legal standards.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high quality social work services to children and families in need
Conduct assessments and develop care plans to support the wellbeing of children
Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and other meetings as required
Maintain accurate and up to date case records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children and families social work
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
Should be under the PVG scheme
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
