Our client seeks a Software Developer – CRM to join their high-impact digital transformation team. This role involves CRM customization, integration, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to modernization initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining and conducting unit tests
Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during the use and operation of software packages, including technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and portal technologies such as MS Power Pages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, analysts, testers, and business users—to deliver customized CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals
Perform advanced customizations and integrations using JavaScript, Apex, Python, and Dynamics CRM development tools (e.g., Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities)
Apply knowledge of data modeling and database design within the Dynamics CRM context to ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable CRM implementations
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of CRM platform (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and its features, including portal technologies such as MS Power Pages
7-10 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer - CRM
Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles within the context of Dynamics CRM
Experience with programming languages and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Apex, Python) for customizations and integrations
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers and business users
Experience in programming and analysis
specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level
Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting applications
Experience in the use of object and/or third-generation language development tools
Experience in one or more programming languages
Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
Experience with one or more communications protocols
Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications
Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts

Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
