Job Description:

Our client seeks a Software Developer – CRM to join their high-impact digital transformation team. This role involves CRM customization, integration, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to modernization initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining and conducting unit tests
  • Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during the use and operation of software packages, including technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and portal technologies such as MS Power Pages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, analysts, testers, and business users—to deliver customized CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals
  • Perform advanced customizations and integrations using JavaScript, Apex, Python, and Dynamics CRM development tools (e.g., Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities)
  • Apply knowledge of data modeling and database design within the Dynamics CRM context to ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable CRM implementations

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platform (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and its features, including portal technologies such as MS Power Pages
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer - CRM
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles within the context of Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with programming languages and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Apex, Python) for customizations and integrations
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers and business users
  • Experience in programming and analysis
  • specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
  • Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting applications
  • Experience in the use of object and/or third-generation language development tools
  • Experience in one or more programming languages
  • Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting
  • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
  • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
  • Experience with one or more communications protocols
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications
  • Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
  • Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
