Job Description:

Seeking a proactive Software Engineer who finds ways to improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance productivity through innovative solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions while ensuring seamless integration with cloud and data platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python and other relevant technologies
Build and optimize APIs to enable seamless communication between services and external systems
Work with AWS services to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-based applications
Implement and manage Snowflake data solutions to support data engineering and analytics initiatives
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and improve system reliability
Automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency using scripting and DevOps best practices
Ensure software performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Linux/Unix environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, data engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

Experience in software development, with a focus on Python
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix-based systems
Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, and IAM
Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data processing and analytics
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
Strong automation skills using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Experience with version control systems like Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Familiarity with data engineering tools and ETL processes
Understanding of security best practices in cloud and software development
