Solace Consultant

• Analyze messaging requirements and design, implement, and manage complex end-to-end integration solutions across diverse technologies and modules
• Collaborate within a highly motivated, international team of internal consultants, providing support to architects and developers building innovative Solace-based solutions for IoT, manufacturing, and enterprise applications
• Provide valuable input to architects during the requirements analysis and design phases of projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for developers during implementation, delivering training and configuring Solace assets
• Provide expert-level (3rd level) support for problem analysis after project go-live
• Work concurrently on multiple projects, ranging in duration from a few months to several years
• Provide technical integration consulting and development support for global SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, C/4HANA) implementation projects
• Act as a technical consultant for deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines, effort estimates, and quality standards

• 2-5 years of experience working with event-driven solutions using Solace
• In-depth understanding of Solace, both as a developer and operator
• Strong understanding of and experience with messaging protocols and APIs (e.g., AMQP, MQTT, JMS)
• Solid understanding of and experience with enterprise integration design patterns
• Experience with integration middleware components, such as API management solutions (e.g., SAP CPI, Talend, Apache Camel)
• Proficiency in at least one advanced programming language (e.g., Java, .NET)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating and supporting interfaces
• Basic understanding of network zone concepts
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams
• Experience as a user and administrator of monitoring environments and deployment automation solutions
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and prestigious work environment
• Excellent English communication skills
