Job Description:

As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing end-to-end solutions for our client's Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead, prioritize, and develop Salesforce-centric solutions, collaborating closely with IT services, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant Salesforce transformation project within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Develop Salesforce related Conceptual, Solution, and Detailed designs
Support the OneIdentity program as it relates to Salesforce
Provide guidance on Salesforce-native APIs and integration patterns
Review and provide feedback on designs developed by other team members
Attend and participate in Architecture Forums
Provide oversight and advice for Salesforce and related Projects/Initiatives
Collaborate with various business and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

Over 10 years of experience working with Salesforce solutions
At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, specialising in Educational Data Architecture (EDA)
Hands-on Salesforce implementation and operational experience within the education sector
Proven track record of managing large-scale and complex Salesforce deployments
Strong understanding of data architecture, security protocols, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to operate at varying levels of detail, from high-level to low-level design
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud and migration strategies (Preferable)

Nice to have:

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud and migration strategies (Preferable)
Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Salesforce Application, Integration & Technical Architect certifications (strongly preferred)
