Job Description:

The Solution Delivery Leader is a key leadership role, responsible for managing digital projects/transformation programs in a complex ecosystem. This role builds strong collaboration with teams, and stakeholders, across multiple business functions. Embodies the values and culture of IKEA.

Job Responsibility:

On time, full scope, with zero defects and within budget delivery of projects/programs/initiatives/transformations
Successful implementation and deployment of the SAP platform solutions, within a diverse technology landscape, that meet business requirements
Alignment of the SAP platform architecture with organizational strategies and future growth plans
Ensure Adoption of solutions and processes that result in improved efficiency and productivity
Building strong collaboration with teams, and stakeholders, across multiple business functions
Embodies the values and culture of IKEA

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in the SAP or ERP ecosystem
10+ years of proven experience in delivering large, complex projects/programs across 15+ countries
Strong knowledge of the SAP platform and retail domain
Strong formal communication skills verbal, written, presentation, etc.
Ability to deliver outcomes and unlock/enable business value in complex ecosystems, programs/project
Strong Planning, execution and risk management skills
Must have demonstrated ability to identify, Plan and execute for the holistic delivery, by identifying cross functional, cross team dependencies and taking the needed actions to resolve them proactively and in a timely manner
Makes effective decisions with speed, based on facts and logic, collaboratively & aligning relevant teams, leadership and stakeholders
Strong people, supplier management capability
Brings a Can-do attitude and acts as a positive force to bring out the best in people
Proven ability to work with Senior business and digital stakeholders
Leverages critical thinking, conducts holistic & in-depth analysis to bring effective solutions/ processes that drive business and organization agility
Ability to effectively challenge supplier solutions, delivery by leveraging the techno-functional content knowledge combined with delivery capability
Must have accountability and ownership mindset
Exhibits strong drive, judgement, and initiative to deliver effectively and holistically
Have strong rigor & perseverance and analyses issues in depth to find effective and long term solutions
