Solution Engineer, SLED

• Pre-sales Activities
• provide RFP technical guidance
• strategize with sales team to improve Regional/National sales
• own customer technical relationships
• design and architect services and solutions
• uncover opportunities and recommend solutions
• review and demonstrate product roadmap to customers and sales team
• Executive Briefing Center presentations
• Act as technical SME within the Solution Engineering organization for Government/SLED specific applications, concepts and design
• Design and support implementation of PoCs/RoVs to specific customer expectations
• Implement Go to Market strategy with sales, product, and 3rd party vendors
• Assist with training and technical documentation for the Solution Engineering and Business Sales organizations
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams to provide guidance, support special projects, and engage in market-level opportunities

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's Degree STEM area of study strongly preferred
• 4 - 8 years of experience in telecommunications, pre-sales solution engineering
• 3+ years of engineering/supporting secure cloud services, telematics, SASE, ZTNA, End-Point Protection, Hybrid and Multi-Cloud and/or SD solutions and architectures
• 2+ Years focused and successful supporting customers in the SLED space
• Public cloud, wireless/telecommunications networking certifications preferred
• Technical documentation and presentation skills
• Proven ability work with multi-functional teams

• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
