We are seeking to hire a Solutions Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with C-suite and the Executive Board of our most important clients. In this role you will identify customer needs and develop the strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. Job Responsibility:
Develop and nurture relationships with eminent clients, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure flawless working relationships with key accounts
Maintain positive relationships with relevant decision-makers and purchasers to successfully implement and compete for every available tender
Identify customer needs, satisfy key clients, grow revenue, pinpoint new business opportunities
Lead the negotiation of contracts with key accounts, ensuring all terms strictly meet the organization's standards
Suggest innovative solutions and serve as the primary contact point for key customers
Resolve customer complaints effectively and respectfully, ensuring a positive customer experience
Gather, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery
Research and source new potential clients to expand the company's client base
Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics to determine areas for improvement and success
Build detailed reports for upper management, providing insights and recommendations
Keep up to date with industry and market trends and standard methodologies to stay competitive
Work closely with the marketing team to initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and implement marketing plans accordingly
Provide timely updates to senior management regarding performance and market intelligence
Maintain accurate records of all customer databases at all times and ensure high levels of customer happiness.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a similar relevant field
5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Business Development professional
Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Proven ability to communicate and present effectively
Excellent team leadership and collaborative abilities
Proficiency in English.
