Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a Solutions Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with C-suite and the Executive Board of our most important clients. In this role you will identify customer needs and develop the strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with eminent clients, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure flawless working relationships with key accounts
  • Maintain positive relationships with relevant decision-makers and purchasers to successfully implement and compete for every available tender
  • Identify customer needs, satisfy key clients, grow revenue, pinpoint new business opportunities
  • Lead the negotiation of contracts with key accounts, ensuring all terms strictly meet the organization's standards
  • Suggest innovative solutions and serve as the primary contact point for key customers
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and respectfully, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Gather, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery
  • Research and source new potential clients to expand the company's client base
  • Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics to determine areas for improvement and success
  • Build detailed reports for upper management, providing insights and recommendations
  • Keep up to date with industry and market trends and standard methodologies to stay competitive
  • Work closely with the marketing team to initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and implement marketing plans accordingly
  • Provide timely updates to senior management regarding performance and market intelligence
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer databases at all times and ensure high levels of customer happiness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a similar relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Business Development professional
  • Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to communicate and present effectively
  • Excellent team leadership and collaborative abilities
  • Proficiency in English.
