The Specialist, Global Product Marketing, GSS Accessories is an upstream Product Manager responsible for the strategic development, management, and growth of Baxter’s Trumpf accessories portfolio. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, guiding portfolio strategy, and aligning on market needs. The candidate will collaborate extensively within the company, drive innovation, and support clinical research efforts while engaging with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with product teams across business units to align on release cadences and roadmap prioritization
Lead portfolio growth strategy incorporating innovation to address market needs and opportunities
Research and understand key market/customer trends and competitor strategies
Develop strategic business plans and financial models to capitalize on market needs and opportunities
Drive clinical research requirements to support the value proposition and product launch activities
Communication of the strategy and securing consensus from customers, key industry influencers and Baxter executive leadership
Drive alignment with regional marketing and business partners on market needs, go to market strategies and pricing
Develop and track key business performance indicators to identify necessary countermeasures to achieving business/market goals
Serve as the technical lead with customer partners on technology deployment for product validation requirements
Operate with cross-functional leadership to deploy new go-to-market strategies for technology including pricing, quote to cash, training and support
Partner with global commercial and service teams to drive market adoption of connected IT solutions.
Requirements:
Demonstrated skill in persuading individuals across functions, geographies, and seniority levels
Proven track record of successfully influencing key stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive-level presentations
Strong interpersonal skills, decisive decision-making, personal accountability, and self-motivation, with a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have:
2 years product management experience in medical devices
2 years upstream / global, regional, or country marketing capacity preferred
